Breast Cancer Awareness month help with the MBNA Credit card

Breakthrough Breast Cancer is one of the UK’s leading cancer charities providing extensive research and education to help in the fight against cancer. This October ‘Breakthrough Breast Cancer’ along with other breast cancer charities are making a bid to highlight Breast Cancer Awareness Month with the aim to raise the public’s awareness of breast cancer.

The whole month will be Breast Cancer Awareness month!

Breast Cancer Awareness month will include the following:

• Television exposure- ITV variety show, ‘Tickled Pink’ with big name performers from the world of music and comedy including Mariah Carey, Westlife, and Catherine Tate.
• Asda - their 10th anniversary of working on the ‘Cancer Awareness Tickled Pink Campaign’ - increasing the awareness of charity work, organising fundraising events, stocking a big range of cancer research products- including slippers, jewellery and flowers
• Celebrity Support- Coleen McLoughlin is backing the ‘Cancer Awareness Tickled Pink Campaign’
• Retail support- M&S, Avon and The Pier are all stocking ‘Breakthrough Breast Cancer’ products.
• Special edition products on sale in shops -e.g. pink GHD hair straightners, Scrabble, Spontex window cloths.
• MBNA Breakthrough Breast Cancer Card

When taking out the MBNA Breakthrough Breast Cancer Card customers can:

• Raise money for Breakthrough at no extra cost to you
• Help find a cure - when the card is first used, MBNA will pay a contribution of £5 to Breakthrough Breast Cancer.
• MBNA will pay £2 for every year consumers continue to use the card and also contribute every time you make a purchase with your card (0.25% of the value of the purchase)

The card includes:
